This 110 m² belle étage apartment is located in the historic center of Palma de Mallorca, just steps from the cathedral. With 2–3 bedrooms, a balcony, and a quiet interior courtyard, it combines original architectural features with thoughtful updates.

When not in personal use, the apartment is occasionally available for temporary stays of limited duration, typically for individuals spending time in Palma for a specific purpose.

Modern Living Above the City

Located in the center of Palma de Mallorca, this penthouse is defined by its light-filled layout, private terrace, and open views across the city. The design is contemporary and comfortable, and it’s a space we use throughout the year when we’re in Palma.

When not in personal use, it is occasionally available for temporary stays of limited duration.

We’re Marsha and Martin — partners in life, family, and travel. We divide our time between Vermont, Munich, and Mallorca, and each of these places has become part of who we are.

Our homes are not just places we own, but places we live in and return to, shaped over time by daily life, books, and the comfort that comes from being truly lived in.

We share them with our family (and our dog, Fritz), and they reflect how we spend our time here—simply and personally.

FONT DE SA CALA — A SEAFRONT HOME

Set on Mallorca’s northeast coast in Font de sa Cala, this home has direct access to the sea, along with generous living space and a private garden.

It’s a place we use throughout the year, shaped by time outdoors and the privacy of this property.

When we are not in residence, the house may be available for stays during certain periods.

CARRER DE LA MAR — OLD TOWN ELEGANCE

Set in a historic stone building in the old town of Palma de Mallorca, this 110 m² belle étage apartment combines original character with modern updates. Just steps from the harbour and the surrounding streets, it includes two bedrooms and a flexible third room, a contemporary kitchen, and the features needed for everyday living.

A balcony overlooks the street, while a small interior courtyard offers a quieter space within the apartment. It is a home we use throughout the year and return to regularly when we are in Palma.

At times when we are not in residence, it may be available for temporary stays of limited duration.

EUSEBIO #11 — A PALMA PENTHOUSE

Located at Plaza de España in Palma de Mallorca, this newly renovated 70 m² penthouse combines a contemporary layout with everyday comfort. The interior includes a bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry space, one bedroom, a flexible second room, and two bathrooms.

A 46 m² terrace opens onto wide views across the city and includes an outdoor shower, extending the living space outdoors.

It is a place we use throughout the year when we are in Palma.
